Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krishna
†† Dear Gurudeva,
Sometimes neophyte devotee like myself may feel that so many other activities other then chanting are taking his or her precious time . Activities like working, traveling to job, cooking, cleaning, learning, earning money, social activities etc. requires so much time and energy.
My question is what is happening with devotee who leaves his/her body but still did not attain higher stages of chanting Nityananda Gauranga and Hare Krishna? In other words most of time he/she is absorb in more or less material activities, but simultaneously practice spiritual activities in some small amount? What may be destination of such devotee at time of death?
†† Thank you very much.
†† Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krishna

There can be either of the two destinations for the soul depending on the desire of Lord Gauranga Krishna. If the devotee does not attain the higher progressive levels of Nityananda, Gauranga, and Hare Krishna Naam bhajan due to pre-occupation with aropa siddha bhakti (material activities which are used to create favorable situation for Naam bhajan and Bhakti), then:
(1) Either the devotee has to take another one or more births (but few) and continue Naam bhajan and Bhakti in one's next life or lives where one has left off.† But in this life (or lives), one will get chance to directly perform svarupa siddha bhakti like hearing and chanting right from the beginning without having to waste time in aropa siddha bhakti or material entanglements and then one will be able to quickly perfect one's Naam bhajan. So the Naam bhajan will never go waste because even if we have to take a next life we will start from where we had left off in our previous lives so the previous chanting will always stay in the bank balance of the soul and will one day bring us to the level of doing svarupa siddha bhakti of hearing and chanting constantly. This is known as saadhan (sadhana) siddhi.
(2) In some cases, if Lord Nityananda desires due to the devotee having sufficiently pleased the Lord with his or her mood of devotional service especially shravana (hearing) and kirtana (chanting), then Lord Nityananda may give His causeless mercy and manifest the spiritual body of the soul at the time of death (i.e. He may take us directly from 20% to 100% for example at death) and then the soul will directly enter into spiritual word without taking another material body. This is known as kripa siddhi or† honarary degree conferred on us by the causeless mercy of the Lord. We should keep our minds fixed on saadhan sidhi which is the general path and if Lord Nityananda mercifully desires to give us kripa siddhi we will accept it with eternal gratitude.
Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Guru Parampara! Pranams :pranams: and Blessings :bless:!
