Title: Sound Vibration
User: candrika Date: 2005-08-01 15:14:34
Dear Swami Gaurangapada
I was wondering of what
substance the spiritual world is made of?
If there is no matter at
all there then it would be a void and unlike light waves, sound waves do not
travel through a vacuum. They need matter to travel. That is why sound can
travel through a wall.
So i was wondering what
element is the spiritual world made of? Like there is earth water fire etc in
the material world, there must be some substance in the spiritual world,
otherwise it would be a void and if that were so then no chanting could happen
there?
So is it said anywhere of
what substance or element it is made from, the spiritual world?
Thankyou
Chandrika Gauranga dasi

Nityananda! Gauranga!
Hare Krishna! The spiritual world is made up of:
(1) Sat - Eternity
(2) Chit - Knowledge
(3) Ananda - Bliss
These are constituents of
the spiritual world.

Nityananda Gauranga Hare
Krishna
These are very intangible
things, eternity, knowledge and bliss. I was thinking how can a place be made
of such things?
They sound more like
experiences than elements.
But I suppose that an
element doesnt have to be something tangible at all. And an experience can be
an element of something.

Nityananda! Gauranga!
Hare Krishna! They are intangible for the material senses but when one receives
one's spiritual senses in the spiritual world, one understands that they are
the spiritual constituents of the spiirtual world.
