Q.Advaita Acarya and Maha Vishnu are Vishnu tattva but is Sadasiva ? What arethe differences between the 3?

Answer by Swami Gaurangapada:

SBSSTP Purport to Brahma Samhita 5.43: above Devi-dhama is located Siva-dhama one portion ofwhich, called Mahakala-dhama, is enveloped in darkness; interpenetrating thisportion of Siva-dhama there shines the Sadasivaloka, full of great light. Abovethe same appears Hari-dhama or the transcendental Vaikunthaloka. The potency ofDevi-dhama, in the form of the extension of Maya, and that of Sivaloka, consisting of time, space and matter , are the potency of the separatedparticles pervaded by the penumbral reflection of the subjective portion of theDivinity.

Purport to 5.45:

The sail adulterating principle isconstituted of a combination of the stupefying quality of the deluding energy, the quality of nonplenitude of the marginal potency and a slight degree of theecstatic-cum-cognitive principle of the plenary spiritual potency. Thisspecifically adulterated reflection of the principle of thesubjective portion of the Divinity is Sadasiva, in the form of the effulgentmasculine-symbol-god Sambhu from whom Rudradeva is manifested.

Lord Sadashiva of Vrajabhumi is explained in the great Gaura GannodeshaDipika by Shrila Kavi Karnapura:

76. Lord Sadasiva, who formerly appeared as an avesa-incarnation inVrajabhumi, appeared in Lord Gauranga's pastimes as Lord Advaita Gosvami, who isnon-different from Lord Gauranga Himself.

77. Assuming the form of a cowherd boy, Lord Sadasiva danced with LordKrishna in Vrajabhumi. This is confirmed by the following statement of theSiva-tantra, where Bhairava says:

78. "One day, during the great festival of lights in the month of Kartika,Lord Krishna enthusiastically danced with Lord Balarama and Their cowherdfriends.

79. My dear Parvati, when Lord Sadashiva, my spiritual master, saw thistranscendental dancing, He yearned to become a cowherd boy and be able thus todance with Lord Krishna.

80. By Lord Krishna's mercy Lord Sadashiva was able to appear in two forms. Inone form He remained as Lord Sadashiva, and in the other form He appeared as a

cowherd boy in Vraja."

81. Lord Shiva's friend Kuvera, the king of the Guhyakas, appeared in LordGauranga's pastimes as Kuvera Pandita, the father of Lord Advaita.

82. Formerly, on Mount Kailasa, where the Siddhas and Sadhyas reside, Kuvera, who is very dear to Lord Shiva, chanted the transcendental mantra containing the

names of Lord Shiva.

83. Merciful Lord Shiva then said to Kuvera: "Please ask for somebenediction. It is My desire to give you some gift." Kuvera then asked for abenediction, saying, "O my Lord, please become my son."

84. Requested in this way, Lord Sadashiva, the master of the demigods and thebest of philanthropists, said to Kuvera: "During my next birth in the materialworld

I shall accept the position of being your son."

85. In this way Kuvera attained a very difficult to attain benediction. Whenthe appropriate time arrived, by Lord Sadashiva's mercy, Kuvera became thefather of Lord Advaita Acarya.
