Title: Worship and association of Lord Nityananda

User: Matus  Date: 2007-06-05 20:57:26

Dear Swami Gaurangapada Maharaja,

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Please accept my humble obeisances.

i have some questions/doubts about the worship of Lord Nityananda:

1.) Can one become an eternal associate of Lord Nityananda and in His association sing the glories of Lord Gauranga? Are our acharyas praying in such a way?

2.) Is Lord Nityananda also the Supreme Enjoyer? We know pastimes, where Lord Nityananda is being directly worshiped by His devotees. Does He accepts this worship for Him or does He pass it to Lord Gauranga?

Thank You very much

Yours faithfully,

Matus

Nityananda!Gauranga!Hare Krishna

Gurudeva please accept my humble dandavats at your lotus feet

dandavats at lotus feet of all Vaishnavas

I wanted to add a question.

When deamons cause disturbance what is actual need for Lord Krishna Himself to come, He can easily finish them off just by willing.

The Demonic persons in this world(prsent day) are simply destroyed due to their bad karma even tht deamon i read called Anga(one who was destroyed by great sages), so whay didnt the deamons like Kansa and his partners etc, didnt die by karma or why didnt sages such as brighu muni finish them off? What was thier actual qualification that deamons like kansa etc were punched by the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself, while the yogis are doing so much austerities living, yet cant see Him.

thank you so much

aspiring to be humble servant of your lotus feet

Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krishna

Yes, there are souls who are servants of Lord Nityananda's eternal associates in His eternal pastimes. They serve Lord Nityananda under the guidance of His twelve principal Associates and Their Assistants.

2.) Is Lord Nityananda also the Supreme Enjoyer? We know pastimes, where Lord Nityananda is being directly worshiped by His devotees. Does He accepts this worship for Him or does He pass it to Lord Gauranga?

Yes. Lord Balarama has his own set of Gopies in Shri Vrindavana Dhaama. He directly accepts the services of those Gopies. Similarly Lord Nityananda who is Lord Balarama Himself also directly accepts the services of His associates who worship Him as their life and soul. Lord Nityananda does not necessarily have to pass on the worship to Lord Gauranga. Since He is the Supreme Personality of Servitor Godhead, worshiping Him is exactly the same as worshiping Lord Gauranga Krishna. This Nityananda Tattva is difficult to understand unless we read and hear Shri Chaitanya Bhagavata. What is wrong is accepting One but rejecting the Other!

Then demons cause disturbance what is actual need for Lord Krishna Himself to come, He can easily finish them off just by willing. The Demonic persons in this world (present day) are simply destroyed due to their bad karma even that demon i read called Anga(one who was destroyed by great sages), so whay didnt the demons like Kansa and his partners etc, didnt die by karma or why didnt sages such as brighu muni finish them off? Taking the excuse of killing the demons (secondary purpose), the Lord incarnates to actually perform His divine pastimes (primary purpose) to enliven the hearts and minds of the devtoees and to rejuvenate the process of hearing (shravana) and chanting (kirtana) of His glories. Unless He comes and elaborately performs His pastimes, His dear devotees will not have any divine subject matter to hear and sing about. That is the principal reason for His advent and the killing of the demons in just coincidental.
