Question: I have started reading Shri Chaitanya Bhagavata. What should be my consciousness?

It is the most effective scripture in Kali Yuga to melt the thunderbolt like hearts of the souls immersed in sense-gratification. Please keep on reading Shri Chaitanya Bhagavata continuously and repeatedly till the rest of your life which will guarantee your journey back to Godhead. As you progress to Madhya Khanda your spiritual pleasure will increase even more and more and ultimately you will become a pure lover of God by the mercy of Lord Nityananda Prabhu. Actually Shri Chaitanya Bhagavata is to be scrutinizingly studied with notes etc. and the pastimes memorized just like you did in school to get the maximum benefit. Some pastimes are very touching and elevated and if you need explanations please let me know.
