The Gautamiya-Tantra states:
ahar-nisham japen mantram, mantri niyata-manasah;
sa pashyati na sandeho , gopa-rupinam ishvaram.
“A person who chants the the Hare Krishna mantra day and night while fully concentrating his mind on the Mantri (the Lord in the form of the sound incarnation), shall no doubt see the Supreme Lord face to face in His eternal and highest form of a cowherd boy.”
