Water Chestnut Flour and Holy Names

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! I am on a grain fasting for the four months of Shri Chaturmasya Vrata and feel really light while chanting the Holy Names and while doing devotional service throughout the day.
The prasadam diet is 3-4 rotis of water chestnut flour, some steamed vegetables and yoghurt two times a day. Chanting and singing the Holy Names is so blissful that when one becomes absorbed in Sankirtana, one starts feeling about how one will be able to end the Sankirtana after some time and try to engage in other devotional activities. Ultimately, Nama Sankirtana is the goal of all our endeavors and of all the practical and occupational duties in life and of all the different limbs of Bhakti Yoga.
