Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Shri Guru Parampara! Pranams! As I was chanting the Holy Name of Nityaananda today, I could see His divine Form moving in Ekachakra Dhaama. Actually it is so miraculous. The internal spiritual vision is something totally different from our external material vision. A small region around the physical location of the heart gets transformed into Ekachakra Dhaama. The Name is the transcendental key which opens up all the secrets of Goloka including the divine emotions and the feelings of the Lord Himself. I could see Lord Nitaai emerge from His divine palace and frolickingly walk past Padmavati Pushkarini (lake), Bakula Tala, Janu Kunda etc. absorbed in playful pastimes with His cowherd boy friends of Ekachakra Dhaama. I kept on chanting Nityaananda Naama as if my life depended on it. I could hear soft jingling of Lord Nitaai's ankle-bells and of the ornaments on His divine body. I could feel that just as there is spiritual vision with the soul's inner eyes, there is spiritual hearing also with the inner ears of the soul. The Lord was glancing lovingly as He walked past His pastimes places. May that vision of Lord Nityaananda Raama always arise in my heart even when my body becomes incapable to move!!! This is my only prayer birth after birth.
I have seen that these realizations and vision of the Lord while chanting become hazy when I eat grain-food except when the grains are cooked and offered to the Lord with immense amount of devotion and absorption by an advanced devotee. Sometimes I do feel a little weak due to taking non-grain food for some years now but the very thought that these pastimes will not arise so clearly in my heart makes me determined to continue in the same way. Of course I can always try to cook and offer grain-food myself with full absorption in the Lord's pastimes. I have experienced that especially the deeper levels of Naama Bhakti Yoga Meditation are greatly dependant on the quality of food we eat. It may affect different devotees in more or less ways depending on the intensity of their Naama Bhajana etc. Anyway, whatever the case, I just humbly pray to Lord Nitaai to never leave my heart when I chant His Names. He is the only merciful Lord in the whole of creation who can purify and mollify my burning heart.

Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krishna!
Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to the guru parampara. All glories to Sri Sri Nitai Gauranga. All glories to Sri Sri Radha Krishna. All glories to the assembled devotees.
I love the wonderful descriptions of your realizations. I am so grateful that you reveal your spiritual moods and allowing us to enter the deeper chambers of your wonderful heart. It makes me wanting to know you more and more and deeper and deeper. You are so transparent and open even about how you experience certain foods. In regard to foods it seems that you have an intolerance for gluten which is an indeficiency of the small intestine. The gluten form the material that builds the mucus in the small intestine and sometimes it causes a slight blockage which in turn causes nutrients not being fully absorbed into the body. That is the reason for the cloudiness and can also be a source of feeling tired sooner than normal. When this is the case you do not have to abandon all grains altogether. The weakness you describe is because you don't take any grains anymore which are substantial for a healthy immune system. There are still grains that you can eat and they are called non-glutonous grains. Here they are:
Millet - a very light grain and very nutritious Brown rice (but no sweet rice) Corn Buckwheat Amaranth
When you eat any of the other grains (with gluten) a natural remedy to move the mucus faster through the small intestine is nettle. This is available in capsules or you could even make nettle soup which is a very good tasty green leafy soup similar to spinach soup (I am sure Lord Gauranga will be very pleased with this soup).
I hope this is of any help.
Your aspiring servant,
Hadai Nityananda dasa

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Shri Guru Parampara! Pranams! Thanks Hadai. It may be possible that I have a gluten intolerance. I feel quite heavy in the stomach on taking grains and I have no experience of taking gluten-free grains. It may also be due to my rigorous brahmachari days where I did not eat grains for many years due to non-devotees cooking them. I also do have quite a few other symptoms of gluten intolerance. Sitting and chanting in Vajrasana for 10-20 minutes after grain prasadam meals is a very effective remedy to stimulate digestion and absorption.
I will consider cooking and offering to the Lord some gluten free grains as I desire to maintain my energy and capacity to complete the chanting of 100,000 Names daily for the future. I will see if that is conducive to my Naama Bhajana. If I do begin grains again, then I will certainly cook these grains myself and offer Them to Lords Nityaananda Gauraanga and the Guru Parampara Acharyas as my humble service daily.
I checked your list. It seems it is very difficult to find gluten-free grains in India. I found a suitable gluten-free grain which is certainly very light, good and energizing especially for a Vata constitution like myself. It is a few dollars for 0.6 kg but the shipping to India is around $12 for the 0.6 kg. Anyway I will check more about availability in India. I read that gluten-free diet is also known in India.

Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krsna Dear Gurudeva, it may be possiable that you have a gluten intolerance and this in not unnusual. Actually gluten intolerance is very often for new born babies, and it is recomended for all parrents to give gluten free food for at least one year.I do not know for India but here it is easy to find many light gluten free grain food that is basicaly for babies because such food is very light and in the same time have lots of energy.Finest dry grain powder(corn, rice etc with dry fruits or vegetables) is mixing with water or milk and whole meal is ready for 5 minutes.
