Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Shri Guru Parampara! Pranams! Sometimes preaching becomes difficult. We try our best to serve other souls by telling them the glories of Nityaananda, Gauraanga and Hare Krishna Naama. But since this is the kingdom of Maayaa characterized by doubts and suspicions, the results of preaching may not come or sometimes may be saddening. At that time is the test of our Naama Bhajana. Do we preach due to any expectations in return or for the sake of our love for Naama Bhagavaana? Sometimes the attachment to our preaching may be the cause for disturbance in our Naaama Bhajana.
The actual soul who can preach the Holy Names purely and neutrally is the one who dives deep into the nectar of the Holy Names of Nityaananda, Gauraanga and Hare Krishna daily. Such a devotee does not preach the Naama for the sake of results in the preaching but because of the intense love and devotion for Naama. Even if no soul hears such a devotee, he or she continues to talk about the glories of Naama strongly impelled by his or her daily Naama Bhajana. The results of preaching is a by-product which may or may not come as per the desire of Lord Gauraanga Krishna. One should never be sentimentally attached to the results and influence of our chanting on others but be firmly attached to the Naama which no one can take away from us.
I realized this truth that all events in our life, even the very painful ones, are an incentive for us to turn more deeper and deeper into the mysteries of Naama Bhajana because Naama Prabhu is our only friend and well-wisher other our Guru Parampara. In fact, in such a situation, I found myself chanting constantly with my every breath and heart-beat even while taking rest. Thus, I begin profusely thanking the Lord for an opportunity to take exclusive shelter of His Holy Names.

Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! Jaya Guruparampara! Please accept my simple obiesances. Thank you for this realization Maharaja. I have been reflecting on this subject matter since talking with you some days ago, and you are correct in that we should should not look for the results of preaching and influencing others. Infact preaching may fail due to situations not under our control, but we must continue our Naam bhajan. Only I can choose to destroy my Naam bhajan, and Naam bhajan is the heart of hearts, only a fickle mind could give it up. Infact I have found failing in preaching is a test. A test to see how developed one's faith is in His Holy Name. And these so called afflictions are infact purifications to deepen attachment to Naam. One day on attainment of chanting Pure Naam people will automatically follow and chant, because they will realize such purity of intent, rather than the need to control situations, environments, and others. The need to control rather than surrender is the failing. How to have pure intent? Simply by continuing the process of hearing and chanting. And gazing deeply into the beautiful golden form and face of Sri Gaurahari, and his dear friend and servant Nityananda Raya's deep love for Him! By this process pure intent will manifest spontaneously as we are purified by these tests. All things are mercy (Nitaai-Gaura Naam), as can be seen in time and experience, no matter how painful some things may appear. Thank you for revealing these things to my heart dear Swami Gaurangapada. Aspiring to follow in your footsteps. Daaso'smi Nava Gauranga dasa.

Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! Thanks Nava. If we remain sincere to our daily vow of Naama Bhajana, Lord Nitaai ensures that our surrender to His Holy Names always keeps on increasing even during the "reverses" in our lives. The mercy of Lord Nitaai is unlimitedly more powerful than the illusory power of Maayaa which is the most powerful thing in this material world. Thus, if we simply have faith in Lord Nitaai's mercy and be happy in whatever situation He keeps us, then we can constantly and unobstructedly chant His Holy Names and Pastimes with great happiness.

Nityananda Gauranga Hare Krsna
"But since this is the kingdom of Maayaa characterized by doubts and suspicions, the results of preaching may not come or sometimes may be saddening."
Dear Gurudeva it is only because of your preaching efforts that fool like me is still have some hope and chant Nityananda Gauranga and Hare Krsna, so for me this is evidence of your preaching!
Srilla Prabhupada in one letter wrote: 'My ambition is to spread these books far and wide all over the world so that everyone shall read at least one of our books and that will change his life. If only 1% become devotees, that will change the world.(to Karandhar 2 May, 1972)' Your words changed my life. That is supreme evidence for me that your preaching is successful! Only due your selfless preaching efforts I am chanting Nityananda Gauranga and Hare Krsna!

Nityaananda! Gauraanga! Hare Krishna! Thanks Igor. I am teaching the science of NITAAI Yoga and the Holy Names and Pastimes of Nityaananda, Gauraanga, and Hare Krishna as my humble service to my beloved Guru Varga especially Shrila Sacchidananda Bhaktivinoda Thakura, who is the most prominent Shiksha Acharya in my life. So there is no question of any discouragement or stoppage even if there no results. Like you said, even if one soul hears the Holy Names of Niityaananda and Gauraanga what to speak of chanting Them, our efforts are considered successful. I am grateful for your kind words but Lord Nitaai is the actual cause of your inspiration.
