In order to mantain our body healthy and mind active and engage in Naam bhajan sadhaka may practice asanas and pranayama and on that way mantain phisical body in healthy condition.

Could you please give us some advices, what asanas and pranayama we should do if we feel need to increase our vitality in order to increase quality and quality of our spiritual activites?

I would also ask all forum members to contribute about this topic, if you are practicing some exercises or have some experiance. Thank you.
