prakrity-upari kevale sukha-nidhau para-brahmani

     sruti-prathita-vaibhavam para-padam para-vyomakam

tad-antar-akhilojjvalam jayati gauda-bhu-mandalam

     maha-rasa-mayam ca tat kalaya tatra vrindavanam

 

prakritira para para-brahma suvimale,

veda jake paravyoma para-pada bale

taha madhya-bhage sobhe shri-gaura-mandala,

tahe sobhe navadvipa vrindavana sthala

 

Translation by Swami Gaurangapada:

 

“Above the material creation is the ocean of happiness glorified in the Vedas as para-brahman, paravyoma, brahmajyoti (effulgence emanating from the transcendental body of the Lord), para-pada, and the spiritual sky. In the middle of this spiritual sky, the topmost spiritual abode of Shri Gaura-mandala (Navadvipa) is manifest with all splendor. Within this abode of Navadvipa the supremely blissful abode of Vrindavana is manifest.
