User: Swami Gaurangapada Date: 2005-07-22 16:26:57

For those devotees who have missed the seven days of the Live eGosthi Room with text and audio with Swami Gaurangapada, we are making it available in the form of a dedicated Multimedia Website of Shrila Bhaktivinoda Thakura's great scripture Vaishnava Siddhanta Mala at which is being taught by Swami Gaurangapada in the daily Live Room at 10.15 - 11.45 pm daily Indian Standard Time.

This website will contain all the basic teachings of the Gauranga-Krishna conscious philosophy as summarized by His Divine Grace Shrila Bhaktivinoda Thakura and commented on by His Holiness Swami Gaurangapada so a new spiritual practitioner can benefit from this website. Please use the horizontal menu on the top to navigate to the pages of the website.

We are introducing the new high-quality 3D surround and crisp sounding MP4 audio format for all the audio files available at this site. At present only one software player in the world plays these MP4 files at high parametric stereo quality. It is the VLC Media Player. You can download the VLC PLayer for PC (9 MB) from and for all operating systems from website. While installing, please choose the option to make the VLC the default player for all MP4 files so that when you click the links on the website, they will instantly start playing in VLC.

If you use any other player including even Winamp, you will hear these MP4 files at very low quality with great loss, so we expressly request you to go through the one-time download of the VLC Player and play all these MP4 audio files only in that player to get the full benefit of the high-quality stereo transcendental sound vibration. For more details on how to play MP4 files, please see the website and

And please do let us know about how you like the crispness of these high-quality MP4 audio files in comparison with the MP3 files available at . If your hear them in the VLC Media Player, then your feedback on the quality will be useful to us for the recording of future audio.
