Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna! It would have been better if you have restricted your email to a philosophical challenge about Lord Gauranga being Lord Krishna Himself but rather you have chosen to openly attack the Lord, the Acharyas, the entire Gaudiya Vaishnava Philosophy and His Devotees. Though your email is very blasphemous and is criticizing Lord Gauranga, the bona fide incarnation of Lord Krishna in Kali Yuga as per all the revealed scriptures and you go on to criticize and minimize His Holy Names and His Associates, I could see one good thing in your email which is that you chanted the Holy Names of Nityananda and Gauranga so many times even while minimizing them.


Unfortunately, in the name of claiming to be a so-called spiritual friend of your friend, you are implicating him in severe offenses by making him hear your blasphemy of Lord Gauranga Mahaprabhu who is Lord Krishna Himself and the ultimate Lord and Master of all souls and also by trying to find faults in the all-perfect Gaudiya Vaishnava philosophy. Your friend was chanting the Holy Names of Nityananda, Gauranga and Hare Krishna with so much faith but you have managed to brainwash him by directly criticizing the Lord Himself and His Holy Names. According to Shrila Svarupa Damodara Goswami in Shri Chaitanya Charitamrita, even the mind of the greatest devotee can turn by hearing the blasphemy of Lord Gauranga and His Holy Names so I do not blame anyone. This power to reject Lord Gauranga and make others to reject the Lord which you are showing is also coming from Lord Gauranga Himself (mattah smritir jnanam apohanam ca Gita 15.15) so I have nothing more to say.


I will not reply to your arguments in detail because your email is so much against Lord Gauranga and His devotees that I cannot even think of reading it again but I would like to state that when King Nimi in Shrimad Bhagavatam 11.5.19 asked the great sage Karabhajana Muni about the incarnations of the Lord in the four Yugas, Karabhajana Muni described in verse 11.5.32 about the incarnation of the golden Lord Gauranga in Kali Yuga:


krishna-varnam tvishakrishnam


yajnaih sankirtana-prayair

yajanti hi su-medhasah




krishna-varnam—repeating the syllables krish-na; tvisha—with a luster; akrishnam—not black (golden); sa-anga—along with associates; upa-anga—servitors; astra—weapons; parshadam—confidential companions; yajnaih—by sacrifice; sankirtana-prayaih—consisting chiefly of congregational chanting; yajanti—they worship; hi—certainly; su-medhasah—intelligent persons.



In the age of Kali, intelligent persons perform congregational chanting (sankirtana yagya) to worship the incarnation of Godhead who constantly sings the names of Krishna and is the name category (varna) as Krishna Himself. Although His complexion is not blackish, He is Krishna Himself. He is accompanied by His associates, servants, weapons and confidential companions.


It is also confirmed that in Kali Yuga, the incarnation of the Lord is golden in complexion, by none other than Shrila Gargamuni to Shrila Vasudeva, the father of the Lord, when he performed the Lord's name-giving ceremony in Shrimad Bhagavatam 10.8.13:


asan varnas trayo hy asya

grihnato ’nuyugam tanuh

suklo raktas tatha pita

idanim krishnatam gatah




asan—were assumed; varnah trayah—three colors; hi—indeed; asya—of your son Krishna; grihnatah—accepting; anuyugam tanuh—transcendental bodies according to the different yugas; suklah—white; raktah—red; tatha—and; pitah—yellow; idanim krishnatam gatah—at the present moment He has assumed a blackish color.




"Your son Krishna appears as an incarnation in every millennium. He assumes three different colors—white, red and yellow—in Satya, Treta and Kali respectively, and now in Dvapara Yuga, He has appeared in a blackish color." (Please note that word "PITA" or Yellow is clearly used in this verse for Kali Yuga.)


I hope you can accept the above ultimate scriptural evidence about Lord Gauranga of the most sublime Shrimad Bhagavatam which was the most dear scripture of Shripada Madhvacharya.


I am attaching a rtf text file of 103 pages of Sankrit verses and a html file of another 100 verses from the authorized Vedic scriptures about Lord Gauranga being Lord Krishna Himself. I hope you have the open mind to look at these files. You can find all these Sanskrit verses online at . Our acharyas have compiled hundreds of other verses from the Vedas, Puranas, Upanishads, Itihasas, Yamalas, Tantras, Samhitas, Vedanta, Bhakti Smriti Shashtras etc. about the Supreme Lord Gauranga being Lord Krishna Himself in Kali Yuga and if you refuse to accept this proof, it simply means that you are seeing but actually conveniently not seeing these scriptural evidences (pashyan api na pashyati). Of course as Shrimad Bhagavatam states in the above verse 11.5.32 that only the most intelligent and fortunate souls who have received a drop of mercy of Lord Gauranga-Krishna in Kali Yuga will be able to understand and worship this most confidential incarnation of Lord Gauranga Mahaprabhu.


As per you argument that Pandava Bhima is higher than Lord Balarama or Lord Nityananda, there is simply no scriptural basis. All the Mahabharata verses etc. which you have quoted are only glorification of Bhima by his affectionate brother Yudhistira and can be never be interpreted to prove that Bhima is higher than Lord Nityananda-Balarama or Lord Gauranga-Krishna Himself. Infact both of them cannot be compared because Bhima is a jiva tattva (Soul) and Lord Nityananda Balarama is the origin of all Vishnu Tattvas. Even in their pastimes in Mahabharata, Bhima is considered a great devotee and student of Lord Balarama because it was the Lord who taught Bhima the art of using the club etc. This kind of wrong conclusion about the difference between the Jiva and Vishnu Tattvas clearly shows an improper and imaginary understanding of the sublime teachings of Shripada Madhvacharya himself.


You are saying that Lord Gauranga preached Shripada Madhvacharya's philosophy perfectly but the later Acharyas speculated and spoilt it. Please guard yourself against this mad elephant of criticism of the Acharyas. It will totally wreck your spiritual life for millions of births. The later Acharyas and Associates of Shri Shri Nityananda Gauranga are actually even more merciful than Lord Gauranga Himself because they soundly established that Lord Gauranga is the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the combined form of Shri Shri Radha Krishna, by  compiling and presenting all the Vedic Sanskrit verses which are attached to this message.


Please do not write to me again because the critical and attacking language you have used in your email against the Lord and His devotees does not befit that of a follower of the great Shripada Madhvacharya who has expressly forbidden all his followers not to criticize those who chant even the Holy Name of the Lord once what to speak of the Lord Himself. I will not be able to go through the extreme austerity of reading such blasphemous messages again so kindly do not reply to this message and even if you reply it will not be read by me. Nityananda! Gauranga! Hare Krishna!
